Majesty of the Seas -- Excursions ?

We are taking our children (age 21 and 23) on a cruise on May 14 - 17 on Majesty of the Seas. We are wondering which excurions to go on... any suggestions would be great... We were thinking of just hiring a cab driver to take us around....any suggestions on this would also be helpful. Thanks in advance.

It really depends on what they like to do. Do they enjoy water sports such as snorkeling or diving? Your day in Coco Cay is a beach day, with lots of water activities available such as kayaking and sailing, if you're into that.

Nassau's excursions cover a lot of activities; it's hard to recommend something unless we know more about your likes and dislikes.

I would suggest going to Atlantis when in Nassau. There's a beach next to the hotel called Cabbage Beach where jet skis and para sailing are available.

For a family excursion I can highly recommend Blue Lagoon Island. They don't have motorized water sports though.

While at Cabbage Beach what are the prices for the para sailing and jet skis...is this booked through the cruise ship or pay on our own... I was thinking the one through the ship is a little costly ... want to do lots but it seems to be adding up....

The water toys at Cabbage Beach are not sponsored through the ships, they're local operations. I can't remember the exact prices. I think it was $35-$75 for parasailing (different lengths of time) and $25/for 15 minutes for the jet skis. Something like that.
