Hello everyone, Iīve got one - to me - very important question:
Is it correct, that you donīt get Sprite light with the soda card, because the fountains donīt serve it? And do you get it by the can?
I need to drink something without sugar and without coffein, so the usual diet coke and Sprite are no longer in question. I cannot drink water the whole day as it makes me sick. I usually order the soda card but now I am wondering if it makes any sense?
Is there something without sugar and coffein available in cans?#
Thanks for your answers, since I am pregnant and have pregnancy diabetes this is new and also very important to me! Leaving in 2 weeks!
Sorry, meant caffeine, wasnīt sure how to spell it in English!!!

On Explorer of the Seas, sprite zero is available, you can use your soda card, and it only comes from the can, which is nice if you don't care for fountain soda. The same is true of ginger ale, but it has sugar...
Personally,, I'd opt for the sugar over the artificial sweeteners!
Hello Marsha, thanks for your response. I also like sugar more but with being a diabetic now I am not allowed to drink those soda.
Anyone else seen Sprite zero or diet Sprite on board? On Oasis they would not serve it other than in a can and you could not use the soda card. But back then it did not bother me because I could drink the regular stuff.
Lucy
Sorry Lucy
I saw the pregnant part and missed the diabetic part.
Other folks have mentioned that they bring crystal light aboard and just mix it in with their water. I hope you have a great cruise and congratulations on the pregnancy.
Your obvious attention to your diabetes now will serve you well, as gestational diabetes often reverses itself.
Thatīs perfectly okay, Marsha. :-)
I am from Germany, so I donīt know crystal light or can buy it. I guess I will try my luck with the diet soda and if it is not available, I have to drink water - after all the baby is much more important.
What do you mean by: gestational diabetes reverses itself? Do you mean it disappears?
Thanks again, Lucy
Hi, you can do what we do, bring the diet pop on the ship with us. We are the same as we can't drink diet cola's, so we have no choice but to bring the pop from shore on board. We are diabetic also.
