Prepare to be impressed by a remarkable piece of engineering. Make sure you make reservations for all the shows on-line and don't wait to do it on the ship.
I am booked on the 1/2/10 sailing, only 13 days to go, I cannot wait. Have booked everything in advance, excursions, entertainment, dinner tables...

I booked entertainment after reading Daves post, was very surprised to find that quite a lot of evening we wanted to book were already full! so we just swapped things around a little, thanks Dave, for the heads up!
Just passing on some good advice from my Oasis experience.
There were many disgruntled passengers on my Oasis cruise because they didn't book things before the cruise. They then had to settle for the scraps when they tried to book shows and restaurants on the ship. The biggest complaint I heard was people couldn't get a table at Chops. Also, I saw people turned away at the door for Giovanni's Table because they didn't have reservations. Giovanni's was nice and I recommend it. Try it for lunch. $10 per person.
