So they're going to go on strike because the company doesn't want to pay 320 people to stand around and do nothing. They even said in the article, there isn't much to do. I don't understand the strike, sorry.

I'm sure if the company said if everyone took a pay cut they'd keep the 320 workers, the strike would end.
