Liberty and Freedom to add Oasis features

The Liberty of the Seas will be going into dry dock January 23, 2011 and Freedom of the Seas March 20, 2011. They will be adding several features found on the Oasis. Some of the features will be adding the interactive touch screens for looking at deck plans and restaurant wait times, adding Cupcakes, large movie screens on the pool deck located underneath the Viking Crown, and self-service Vintages Wine dispensers. These are a few of the changes.

We had a cupcake on the Oasis. I forget how much it was, 3 or 4 bucks. It was very large, and even yummier! Lil' Lori

The cupcakes were around $2.95 and from what I heard, they were very good....but with all the free stuff around, I didn't buy one....

Is the self-serve wine dispensers like a vending machine? Sounds pretty cool. Is that and Cupcake Cupboard on Freedom?

You scan your cruise card and the wine dispenser will give a serving of wine.

The Cupcake shops are currently on the Oasis and soon-to-be Allure. They plan to add one to the Freedom next March.

Just the cupcakes and the self-serve wine dispensers is reason enought to cruise on a ship.....Now if they would just come out with self-serve dispensers for the umbrella drinks!!!

GREAT idea..That's 1st thing I get on Cruise..Infact went to Disney (land and cruise) as adult..1st thing I got on land was an umbrella drink in a pineapple YUMMY!! And 1st drink on cruise was umbrella drink..That was my biggest request.
