On April 10, 2010 i'll be departing from Miami to Civitavecchia on the Navigator of the Seas.With the posibility of back to back cruise on the same ship which will take me to Alexandria, Egypt. Has anyone taken this cruise? If so my only concern is the 7 days at sea during the transatlantic. I have cruise on the Radiance of the Seas on January 2009 at South America and it was fantastic.

Hi Fino, welcome to Cruise-Chat! Congratulations on your up-coming cruise! Sounds absolutely marvelous. No one can ever predict the ocean, sometimes sailing can be calm, sometimes not. When the Oasis was coming across she hit 60' seas. In April, it could be fantastic, but it all depends on the weather. Best wishes and we hope you'll come back and let us know how it goes!

Hello FINO, welcome to Cruise-Chat! I did a transatlantic on the Navigator in April of 2008. The crossing was a lot smoother than I thought it would be - there was only two days that we felt any motion at all due to rain storm in Bermuda when we left. We intend to do another transatlantic in the future. You're going to love the Navigator.
