Clocks in staterooms...keeping the correct time?

I brought a clock with me on my cruise on the Navigator and it seemed like it never worked correctly. I remember reading an explaination about this at one time but can't remember what it was.

If I bring a battery operated clock will that keep the correct time?

It should work, but they may still be changing ship's time. There is a station on your cabin tv that will always have the correct ship's time, temperature, wind speed, heading, and sea conditions. Hope you have a marvelous cruise!

I always take a battery operated alarm clock with us, and we have had no problems. Have a wonderful vacation!!
