I sailed on the very first trip out of dry dock, Dec. 13th. Along with many other dissappointed passangers, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at Royal Caribbean about a refund. It is as if they think we will just go away. I have emailed and called the customer service numerous times, and all I recieve back by email is that they have recieved my email. By phone, the recording states that if you sent a letter or email, please allow 3 weeks for someone to contact you. I have tried to find other reviews, but all I have found is one man who sailed the short weekend before our first sail which was for travel agents, etc. to show off the ship. He also was extremely dissappointed. I have not been able to read any other reviews since that sailing. They had many, many problems to work out. Good luck and let me know how you make out.
