Does anyone know if RCI gives any kind of group discounts or benefits for groups of 16? I have organized a group to go on Mariner. Thanks!

Yes. For every 15 paying passengers, Royal Caribbean offers one free berth. this can be used to defray the cost of your cruise, or can be used to lower the cost for everyone. There are other possible group amenities available depending on the date of the cruise. These have to be done through a group booking. I would suggest you contact a travel agent so that they can access this information for you and get you booked properly.
