I had just purchased a wine and cheese package and one item under Scrumptious treats for our cruise Oct 24th. I did not receive a detailed email of what I purchased. I also purchased dinner for to at Chops (seperate transaction). I did receive detailed email regarding Chops.
When you log into RCCL (with name, date departing, etc)Every purchased item shows up (beverage packages, specialty restraunts, etc) EXCEPT for wine/cheese package and our "treat".
My question is why are these 2 items not showing up and why did I not get a detailed email? Should I call RCCL?

RCI's website is not especially fast when it comes to updating things such as your Chops seating. I don't think items purchased from the onboard gift department will appear in the booking, even if you bought them.
You need to call and ask for a receipt if you want one. As Dave said, they won't appear in the booking. Don't worry, you'll be getting every thing you ordered.
I called yesterday evening I guess it takes 48 hrs for it to show up on RCCL computers. The dinner at Chops showed up when I logged in. I'll call on Monday (IF they are open..Labor Day) I just want to make sure everything is on there.
