The first group off will be those who have booked early morning excursions with the cruise line. It is often crowded for the first hour or so of tendering, is there a special reason you want to get off first ?

Hi Pat3, welcome to Cruise-Chat. If you're a Diamond Plus member or book a suite, you will get priority tendering, too. As Queenofcruzin said, booking an early morning excursion through the ship will also work. Which ship will you be on? Best wishes!

Penny summed it up. There's no other way you'll be in the first group; however, it don't take long for the first group to leave and they start announcing that all other passengers can board the tenders.
