I understand that you are not allowed to bring portable iron onboard for safety reasons. I am just wondering what is the portable steam wand, and where would you get one from ?

The RCI rules list both irons and clothes steamers as prohibited items. RCI does not have laundromats on their ships and irons are not available for passenger use.

Get a can of spray wrinkle remover...works like a charm...and you can always steam up the shower and hang your clothes in there....Nobody really cares if you have wrinkled clothes...You are on VACATION...Happy Cruising..

It is part of the cruise line rules that every passenger must have wrinkles, didn't you see that in your passenger information kit Seriously, hanging your clothes in the bathroom after a nice steamy shower will take most of the wrinkles out. They have laundry service available for those who would like. Best wishes and wrinkles be hanged!

My husband layers tissue paper between his clothes. He swears that prevents wrinkles. Just another idea for consideration.

I roll my clothes to cut down on wrinkles. It also cuts down on spaces.
