First Cruise

Hello everyone, being that this is my first cruise I am looking for any information, tips etc to help me enjoy this event. I am leaving out of Los Angeles in March on the Mariner of the Seas, 7 day Mexican Riviera. Thanks for your time.

You will get a cruise compass print out on your bed each evening. Go over it carefully so that you don't miss anything you might want to take in. All the entertainment, fitness, educational offerings are listed in it by time. Make friends with the wait staff and cabin stewards. They always seemed to have helpful advice for us. They are also from a plethora of nations and will talk about home with you if they have time and you are friendly. These can be very rich experiences.

Hello mrtonylal3, welcome to Cruise-Chat! I just got off the Mariner Sunday. We did the whale watch in Cabo and saw lots of whales. In Mazatlan we did the Stone Island ATV tour--I definitely wouldn't recommend it anyone. In Puerto Vallarta we did the Pirate Ship excursion with my 10 year old grandson...we all loved it. We went for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The second week was just my wife and I.

BE SURE TO ENJOY EVERYTHING ON MARINER-SHE'S A FANTASTIC SHIP, AND MANY OF US HERE HAVE BEEN ON HER AND REALLY LIKED HER ALOT. CHECK OUT THE SHOWS, CLIMB THE ROCK WALL AND JUST ENJOY THE FUN AND EXCITEMENT.
WE MISS HER HERE ON THE LEFT COAST. HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!!
