The thing with RCI is they have no signature dish, unlike Carnival with their chocolate melting cake. Since RCI has the same menus fleet-wide (like most cruise lines), there isn't anything on the Liberty Of The Seas that stands out as a can't-miss item. I like the RCI main dining room food but I can't recall any specific item. It's a shame really, and it is really their fault. They do have a seafood platter on "lobster night" and I guess I'd pick that. I've always felt RCI did the fish dishes better than their beef dishes, but that is really a subjective matter of taste.
