You don't tip them individually (though I'm sure if you were to tip a few specific people who work there whose service you especially appreciated, they would love it!) It depends on how the cruise line wants to handle it; some tips that are automatically charged to your account are pooled among the staff, but in most cases I believe they are still distributed to those who traditionally received them directly from the passengers - namely, dining room servers, and cabin stewards. Bar staff also receive tips, as those are added automatically to all bar bills onboard.
