Does anyone know if RC offers a group discount? If so, what are the details?

It isn't a group discount off the price of the cruise. However, if you get enough people (usually 8 cabins, double occupancy), then you may get amenities points. It varies with each sailing and ship. The amenity points can be used for various things like on board credit, free wine, etc. Also, if you get enough people you might earn one free berth. The free berth being the free cost of one cruise only, your still responsible for taxes and fees.

When my agent moved us from an individual booking to some group space she had blocked out we got a $75 credit from the amenities points.
