Important question.....

Our experience from the cruises that we have been on is a hit and miss. Usually there is a sports bar or a TV in some lounge that shows sports. Since it is all received by satelite sometimes the program may dissappear or it may change to a different game. What you get in your room is limited. While in port you may get some programs that you are interested in but as the ship pulls away you lose it.

One of the dumb questions that the CD is asked is "Do we get cable tv on the ship?" Some will give back a answer that you would expect. "Yes! We have a long cable that is on a retractable reel."

I was watching a playoff game that went into OT. The picture then dissappeared and never came back.

I bet you thought I wasn't going to pay off on my "cyber brew" since my team lost. Actually I am on a New England cruise on the Jewel of the Seas and this is the first chance I have had to get into "CC". So, "CHEERS!!! to the winner!"

Just thought you'd like to know that this past Monday night we were at sea, but the Monday Night Football game on ABC was televised - so there is hope for you.

NancyN.....thanks for the cold brew and the info....maybe I can catch that game after all. Sorry about the injury to Kellen Winslow. He'll be back.....his dad one of my all time favorites!
Watch out for the big wind coming up the east coast...I guess you'll be out of harm's way before Jeane makes it up that way. These hurricanes are doing DONUTS out there!!! Crazy stuff. We'll be out in it in a couple of days....can't wait!
