We just camed back from Southern Caribbean trip on the Adventure... Aruba/Curacao/St-Maarten/St-Thomas and San Juan.. WE had the time of our lifes! It was our first cruise, the food was awesome in any restaurants (didn't get to the Portofino's though, the food was just perfect in the dining room) Johnny Rockets is very greasy... (oh well, it's a diner after all) There is plenty of activities to do on board, we never got bored... The Explorations are WAY OVERPRICED...Its better off to do those on your own...Snorkelling, try Kon Tiki beach in Curacao and Coral World in St. Thomas. I want to go back
hehehehe In St.Maarten, we rented a jeep for about 60$us and toured the whole island. Stop by Marigot, french side capital. You can park at the Marina and have few beers/good seafood at La Main a la Pate. Anyways, I could go on for hours... If you have any other questions, just post it here, and I'll get back to you!
