Thank you everybody for your kind words too.We all want to cruise with Sonny, so let's take a cruise together, just for us cruise-chat people in the future! What do you guys think?

Thank you, too, for the kind words. I know your frustration with computer issues because we have run into the same thing. It just seems like getting the correct information shouldn't be so difficult!

Hopefully it's all resolved now and you can just relax and enjoy the final preparations before your cruise. How neat that you will get a chance to meet Sonny!

We've tried before on several occasions to put together a forum cruise. It never works out since no matter what we choose for a cruise, someone has a problem with it. Too much stress to deal with it.

As promised, I'm updating you guys with the problems we have with the C&A. As of yesterday, when I log on My Cruises page, our cruise credits (We have only 3) has disappeared again and there was no cruise history. All I asked was to fix the names on the C&A file so they match with the ones we have on the reservations on our upcoming cruises, and they can't fix that.

Dave,I need your help. Thanks
Tanya.

Send me a PM with your names, C&A numbers, any other details you can provide such as names of people you've contacted, etc.

It is also important to note that what Sonny told you is correct - despite what the website shows your C&A account is not tracked according to the website. If you have 3 cruise credits then they are still indicated in your account. To the extreme, if the RCI website showed you had 0 cruise credits but you had 25, you'd be getting a cruise card with Diamond Plus printed on it.

But regardless, there is no excuse for this ongoing incompetence.

Tanya, you can call RCI's Crown & Anchor Desk and ask them to check your names, credits, etc. They have the actual information, despite what the website says.

She's done that multiple times to no avail with the web site issue anyway.

Ah, I see that now. Tanya, have you asked to speak with a Supervisor? RCI also has a Customer Care number. Perhaps you could give that one a shot instead of the C&A desk.

If all else fails, I'd escalate up to an email to one of the suits, with a short explanation of the problem and your attempts to fix it, and see if they can help.

PS: Did you use a travel agent for your cruise bookings, someone who could intervene on your behalf now? There is also an Automation Support Desk that could be of some help, that your agent can call.
