Hi Sandy,I booked directly with the web site.I should have called them earlier about this problem.I don't know why I put it off for this long,until the other day I was browsing the other big forum,and I saw somebody talking about their missing credit,how they have to called so many times to get them back.
That was when I realized I should call them and ask them to fix this.
I know I should have asked to talk to their supervisor,but I just assumed that they would fix it somehow eventually. Looks like it's not going to happen.
