I just want to let everybody know that my "My cruise" on the RCI got fixed

.I called C&A after we got back from Liberty last week and asked to talk to one of the supervisors again, but the very nice lady named Carrie said that she'll e-mail her supervisor to ask them to fix it for me. I told her even though I love to cruise with RCI, after having 2 letters sent and calling like 20 times, that I'll cancel my upcoming cruise because off all the hassle with the web site.
Well, it's stayed like this for 8 days long. It feels good when I can access the C&A page,and see all our cruise credits when logged in. Hopefully it stays that way. Thanks everybody for your support and advices. Thank you Dave, your great article did help.
