Thank you Sonny. I noticed that you're going on the Mariner in 8 days. She's quite a beauty! I remember when we first boarded her in 2006. My kids kept going "wow, wow, wow!" Hope you have fun. I'll be seeing you in 37 days!

I just want to let everybody know that my "My cruise" on the RCI got fixed .I called C&A after we got back from Liberty last week and asked to talk to one of the supervisors again, but the very nice lady named Carrie said that she'll e-mail her supervisor to ask them to fix it for me. I told her even though I love to cruise with RCI, after having 2 letters sent and calling like 20 times, that I'll cancel my upcoming cruise because off all the hassle with the web site.

Well, it's stayed like this for 8 days long. It feels good when I can access the C&A page,and see all our cruise credits when logged in. Hopefully it stays that way. Thanks everybody for your support and advices. Thank you Dave, your great article did help.

I don't know how much my article did to help things, but I do appreciate your kind comments. It was more likely your persistance and threat of canceling the cruise.

Since becoming Editor of CruiseReviews I have learned some surprising things about cruise line corporate offices. A big one is they are very lean on staffing in some areas. Public Relations staffs are amazingly small - one large cruise line in particular has a staff that could fit in a standard-sized sedan. I suspect the website staff is similarly tiny with many cruise lines. They farm out many things to vendors.
