Western Caribbean on the Mariner of the seas

I'm going on my second cruise on the Mariner in November, but I've just read on the RCI website that a few of the ports of calls are "out of bounds" just now. Namely Haiti and Grand Cayman. I can perfectly understand this.
I would like to know if anyone has recently been or just about to sail on this route where we might end up, if anywhere.

I would think they will be up to snuff by November. I am cruising in the Western Caribbean a week from ow on RCI, so I will let you know where we end up.
