Shows on the Enchantment

We are sailing April 29th and chose the late dinner seating. What time are the shows on the Enchantment? Were they good? I originally thought we would have dinner then a show, but I've been hearing it's the other way around. Just trying to confirm! - Thank you.

We always chose late dinner so we can catch the sunsets. But you may miss the shows if you opt to enjoy the sun.

Example:
Second seating is at 8:30 pm

First night a joint show 7:45 pm

Second night Show at 7:15 pm for second seating

Third night Show at 10:45 pm

Fourth night show at 7 pm

fifth night 1045 pm

So you do have a choice.

So chances are good you can do dinner and a show in that order.

Thank you for your input. It looks like the majority of nights we will be okay! I really wanted to watch the ship pull out of port, watch the sunset and relax before rushing to dinner.

I always prefer late seating for just the same reasons.

All the shows used to be after dinner around 10:30/10:45 for late seating - but in the last few years RC has gone to a rotating schedule whereby some nights are pre-dinner and some are post-dinner for both seatings. It has taken a bit of getting used to on my part, but it does work out fairly for both seatings.

My wife and I take everything as it comes. If we miss the pre dinner show oh well. We are there to relax and enjoy. The funniest thing about the late dinner is. We always want to see the sunsets. But for some odd reason on the past 3 cruises the only night we got to see a sunset was the last night of the cruise.

Why? Rain a few nights, haze. In belize it was thick haze. Clouds. Just weather did not cooperate. But on the last night of every cruise we had a glorious sunset. And on our last cruise we had an aft Balcony so I sat in the chair and watched it. And if you want to see the why we eat late look at the pictures.

Your pictures are beautiful thank you for sharing. Hopefully I can see one to experience it on my own. I'm counting down the days!

I was on the Enchantment in August, and the shows were the same time every night. They had a 7 p.m. show that was billed for anyone with the second dinner seating.

We had the 6 p.m. seating (since we had young children with us) and we always caught the second show - which was from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. If it works like my cruise, you will want to be in the theatre no later than 8:30 p.m. if you want a seat.

The shows were pretty good. Nice variety - to appeal to the various ages on the ship.

Some of the more "adult" themed games / shows were in the smaller lounges beginning at 10:30 p.m. - which we never made it to.

Now, the cruise director for the Enchantment left the company after my cruise - so I don't know if they are the ones that set the times. Maybe some more experienced cruisers on this site can answer that question for us.
