Well after being on the phone for a few days, RC has given me the crown and anchor number, but the problem is it won't accept online to either activate the site or it also won't let me access the site, so I guess at this point my mother won't get to take advantage of like the wine tasting or anything else they might have to offer, to bad they can't handle this in a better manner
When you go on a cruise, a coupon book will be delivered to your cabin by your cabin steward. You don't need to do anything online. I don't understand what you're problem is on RCCL's website. You shouldn't need your C&A number for anything there that I can recall.
Sonny, thank-you, when I sign into c&r they ask for user ID and password, to activate the site they ask for c&r #, when I enter the number this is were they say its invalaid, I have read that this is were you can download coupons etc. so was just trying to get this out of the way, also they have a forum there, but since I can't access not sure what its all about, but thanks what you said has helped

OK, I see. Are you allready registered for the "My Cruises" section of the page?
If not, register, and then I'm sure you can put in your C&A# afterwards..
Just call them and they will answer your questions and walk you through any website issues that you may be experiencing. (800)398-9819 is the C&A number dedicated to answering website questions.
