Enchantment of the Seas 12/15-12/20

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this chat forum. Hope you all are having a great week. I have a question. I am going on my secong RC cruise this Decemember to Costa Maya Mexico and George Town Grand Cayman. Have any of you all been to these areas during December? If so, what is the weather like? I have been told it is warm and sunny most of the time and then I was told it rains everyday all day I dont want to pay all this money and then get rained out both days. We went to the Bahamas this past December and it rained a little bit at night, but was beautiful the next day at CocoCay. I have two more questions if you all dont mind... How is the Enchantment of the Seas? Last time I was the Soveriegn of the Seas. Also, my travel agent asked if we wanted large or small dinner seating. When we last time, we werent given that option and we have 6 people at our table. What do you all prefer? Thanks again for taking the time to read this. Hope you all have a great week

Hello, welcome to cruise chat. I was on the Enchantment the week before christmas 2005. The ship was beautifully decorated in christmas style. The weather was wonderful. Hot enough that we wore shorts. Unfortunately, when we were in Cozumel, the water was too choppy for use to tender. We hung out for a few hours to see if it would calm down. It never did, so we sailed slowlyl to our next port. Oh well, I guess you never know. Enjoy Lil' Lori

Hello Tabby, welcome to Cruise-Chat. The weather should be great in Costa Maya and Grand Cayman. We were in Grand Cayman last December. The weather was rain and cool when we left Miami but got better as we sailed south.
