Still no e-mail or phone call from customer service, but the web site has been updated to show 4:00 pm arrival in Miami for all of the Grandeur 9 night West Caribbean from Baltimore. At last check, the Miami shore excursions were also taken off the web site.
Based on all of the other positive comments about Royal Caribbean, we are hoping customer service on board is better that what we have experienced from the toll free line and the e-mail inquiries.
I suspect that I know the answer to my follow-up question, but I'll ask anyway. We are planning to meet a friend in Miami--is there any chance that she would be permirtted aboard the ship to join s for dinner? I would put this to RCCL by e-mail and the 800 number, but I'm not confident that I can get a reply in time.
