More about the bump cabins?

The cruise I am wanting to take I cannot even book til april. It is for next september 2009. So until april I am doing all the research I can to pick the best cabins before they are gone, so, I am a little confused, are they good cabins. It looks like the cabins right on the outer part would not get any more wind than the ones on the straight sides of the ship. Tell me guys, should I grab a bump cabin when April gets here?
