Is Deck 2, the first passenger deck, where the medical center is located noisy? I was told by RCL that it would be quiet as it is over crew cabins, but wonder if we will hear engine noise. Anyone who has been on that deck on any of the Radiance class ships, pleae let me know how it was. We will be taking extended family along and booking three staterooms, so we do want to keep the cost down.

I haven't been on that ship, but I seriously doubt you'll have much trouble with noise. The medical center isn't open that often, and the engine noise should be relatively nonexistant, they're still a good ways below you. Hope y'all have a wonderful cruise!

Thanks, Penny, for your helpful reply. We booked the three rooms, and am glad of the reassurance on the noise factor.
