Does anyone know if they use many scenery sets to take pictures? I know on the Carnival Triumph, they had more than any other ship I have ever been on. Of course I know we don't have to take/purchase the pictures, but it is fun (if you want) taking pictures with different scenery sets.

I find the interest in scenery sets amusing when you have some of the greatest natural backdrops imaginable. I guess it's the "fun" factor.

f-mattox, well yes you are correct in many ways. The reason I ask this is us girls/ladies love to dress to the 90's, and have our pictures taken. Not all ships have great scenery. On the Triumph, they had a man actually telling us how to stand/put our hands/turn our head, just like a professional studio. Now we did not have to do this, but the pictures turned out awesome. Much cheaper than going to a studio.

Thank you. The additional information makes it completely understandable. Have fun!

brneyes- You are not the only one who uses the Formal night pictures as a sub for going to a portrait studio.. we use it as an opportunity to get a family picture taken because we are already dressed up and don't have to make a special trip to a studio.

Yes Jim, you are right. In the long run, if you have "formal" pictures taken on the cruise, it saves money, time, and "trying" to get the family all together at once.
