Hmmm. Make that two carefully worded statements!

I think there are three carefully worded statements.

The resentment from me about this comes from the fact that Royal Caribbean has not offered these perks to loyal customers, such as Sonny and Dave. Heck, when I asked to have my past 3 cruises credited to my account, they told me I needed my tickets. All I could find were pictures taken, by the on board photographers. I have 28 days of cruises with them that I cannot receive credit for, not that the days matter with them. But it seems to me that they cater more to the chumps than the past loyal guests. Don't misunderstand me, I will cruise again on Royal, it's just that I don't think they should be sweeping the past loyal cruisers under the carpet. I know that the loyal cruisers receive excellent service on board, they should receive the same from corporate, too. A 14 year old kid isn't going to be purchasing stock or laying out money for suites.

I particularly enjoyed the second comment post in Arthur Frommer's blog article.
