Hi, I am leaving in 3 weeks for FOTS and have a question. I am planning on getting this sticker (soda card) on my cruise card and therefor I need some kind of waterproof container where I can put it in while I am in the water. Is it possible to buy this onbard the FOTS? Here at home I had no luck buying one. If I take the card with the sticker in the water I guess the sticker will fall off?!

Don't worry about the sticker. If it did come off the Purser's desk could put another on for you. They have a record of your purchase on you sign and sail account in their computer.
Some cruiselines have a wristband instead of a sticker.....plus..why would the sticker ever be in the water?.....Enlighten me please...

The sticker goes on your seapass card. You have to take it with you where ever you go if you want to get into your room. Your seapass card can get wet and the sticker should stay on it if it does.
My wife and I had the stickers and they did not come off in the water while snorkeling. If you are worried, you can bring a couple of ziplock sandwich bags and that will kept them safe and dry with adding any space such as a plastic container would take up. They are also good for paper currency should you have any with you before you get in the water.
If you have not tried already, visit a SCUBA shop i fyou have one near you. They will have the waterproof containers. You didn't say where you are from, so if you are in the US try a big box store like Target and Wal-mart.
If those places fail you can buy them in the FOS "gift ship". In fact, they were not any more expensive on the Mariner OTS than in our local stores, so if you wish to save the weight and packing of it, you could just wait until you get on the ship.

Thanks for all these great answers. I will most certainly buy one onboard the ship. Here in Germany it is not that easy (at least for me) to find such things.
Why I need that in the first place? Well, I am travelling single and donīt want to leave my seapass card unwatched while I am in the water. So this is why my seapass card would get wet, where else should I leave it? I have to take it with me the whole time, so this waterproof containers are the only option for me.
Now I am enlightened...Thanks....I was thinking of it being in the water on the ship....Then again, maybe that's why I never buy a Pop card...Everyone have a great Cruise...
