Do you have the option of carrying your baggage on the ship and not using a porter? (RCI Alaska, 8/1). I seem to remember I did this in Mexico a few years ago and it saved the time of waiting for our luggage to be delivered.

Thanks

Things have changed...all of your luggage will be scanned before it arrives to your room...You can bring your carryon on with you though, but that will be run thru a scanner too....You do have the option of carrying ALL of your luggage off the ship though for Express Departure...Hope this helps you....Happy Sailing
