I am off to go on my first cruise in one week.

I still have a few questions.
Are there safes in the rooms? We are going on the enchantment the seas.

Second, is it true that Royal offers Liquor cards? If so how much are they and how many drinks does it alot you?

Thanks

Yes, there are safes in all cabins on the Enchantment.

RC has a Royal Liquor Card that can be purchased at any bar. It costs $39 + 15% service charge for 12 house brand cocktails/domestic beer/ or house wine by the glass.

Thank you, Nancy.

We all just had those few questions.

Do you feel the liquor card is worth it? Just curious. We are not sure on buying it.

We are travelling in the Rhapsody of the Seas on 1/26, and I have the same questions about that ship. Are there safes in the rooms? And can the Royal Liquor Card be purchased on this ship?

We are SO excited to be cruising RCCL - most of our previous cruises have been Carnival, and we are defintely ready for a change!

While I haven't sailed Rhapsody, all ships that we've been on have had safes. As far as a liquor card, we've never talked to anyone that was happy with it. You're only saving a a few dollars off the reagular liquor cost, if that, and it's very limited in scope. Enjoy!

Yes, there are safes in all staterooms on the Rhapsody.

As for the Liquor Card - It can be purchased on the Rhapsody, but, I agree that it is not that great a deal. It breaks down to $3.25 per drink, so you are only saving about $.50 a drink and is very limiting. Depending on what you are drinking - the house brand is not always a good choice. Purchasing their drink special of the day, or visiting the bar that is offering happy hour pricing is usually a better deal.

definitally worth it we got tanked on 2 cards in one night and it would have cost us an arm and a leg for each drink indv. It was like 46.00 for a card = 12 drinks each drink indv = 3.50 to 5 buxs
