I hear everyone talk about getting the on board credits of $100 per person, when you book another cruise while on board. I would like to know what are those on board credits good for?

Is that right you get both, you get $100 off your next cruise within 3 years AND $100 on board credit per person?

thank you

The on board credit is $100 per cabin, not per person. You don't get $100 off your next cruise, the $100 you pay for the Next Cruise Booking is deducted from the down payment when you use the booking number. An on board credit is the same as cash. Hope this helps...

Is it possible to use the booking number you get onboard, when booking online at rccl.com ?
Been there, done that?

When you purchase an "Next Cruise Booking" you keep that booking number until you know what cruise you want to go on. All you have to do is give that number to your travel agent, or a RCCL agent. You have an option to have your travel agents name put on them. This is what I do. When I want to book a cruise, she just uses one of my booking numbers. On my next cruise, my T.A. couldn't come close to the price I found, so she just transfered the booking number back to me and I was able to use it with another agency, and I'll be getting my $100 on board credit. I love it!
