Freedom swimming pools

If someone wanted to get up "early" and beat the crowds each morning for some exercise swimming, how early would they have to get up? I understand the pools stays quite busy.

A lot depends if it's a day at sea or a day at port. If it's a day at sea the pools will be very crowded so get out there before 8am. Most of the people are off the ship on excursions or shopping when at port; so you can have the pools almost to yourself.

We are just back from the Freedom last week. There was actually "Lap Swimming" posted in the Cruise Compass each day. Check the compass each day for the times, it was eary in the morning but not sure of the exact time.
