We are taking a cruise shortly on the Explorer of the Seas on a 9 day ..We have a 13 year old going with us...How are the activities for that age?? thanks Bill

Hi billnovak, welcome to Cruise-Chat. Your daughter is going to have a wonderful time! Of course, you and your wife will as well. Cruising is a fantastic family vacation. There is so much to do that you can't do it all. Be sure to read the paper daily and you can try and plan what activities you really enjoy. Don't be surprised if your daughter would rather be spending time in the children's program than with you. Here's hoping for perfect weather and a perfect cruise! Once again, welcome aboard!

I just came back from the Explorer and they have excellent programs for all ages of kids. There were over 700 kids on the cruise and they must have been very occupied because I didn't see a lot of them
