I have never had them impose extra taxes on me, but yes, its one liter duty free PER PERSON in the family. If you have a family of 4, the head of household can get 4 liters duty fee even if the kids are not of drinking age....

Of course I have never pushed my luck beyond one or 2 extra bottles.
