Hi again Steve & Karen -
If you read enough "reviews" and messages, you will soon find that some folks just HAVE to complain. Some have an agenda, some have negative opinions about everything, and there are those few who actually have a legit complaint. My experience with RCI is that they will bend over backward to solve a problem...sometimes you just have to be persistent (and pleasant). I wager WE will have a great cruise of EOS in September.

Does anyone know if Enchantment's staterooms are wired for internet or Wi-Fi since the refurbishment?
Trying to decide whether to bring the laptop...

Thanks for the encouragment. And Yes you are right, there are some who are never happy.
I truly cant imagine having a bad time aboard a beautiful cruise ship....Just put me on deck with a drink and a good book, some good munchies, no cooking or cleaning for 7 days and I am a happy girl.......

I just spoke with someone who was on the Enchantment last week. She indicated that there is NO in-cabin internet access, but the ship has been wired wi-fi. However, she is not sure where the "hot spots" are as she did not bring her computer.

Thanks Nancy - that's what I expected. It would be quite an undertaking to have wi-fi in all those modular staterooms.

Yes, the first group of lucky passengers on Enchantment of the Seas since her 76foot extension are at sea at the present time. She departed from the port of Philadelphia, PA. I live in south jersey on the water & videotaped the ship going by. The changes were very noticable. She is due back tomorrow morning (8/7)at 8am & will depart again at 5pm. For anyone living in the area, for an incredible view of the ship go to Fort Mott State Park in pennsville. The ships have to pass on the left of Pea Patch Island & they get sooo close you can hear the music on deck. Celebrity Horizon comes by on Saturdays.
