Josh, RCI's shuttle this year runs about $50 round trip, per person. Usually, it runs from 10am through 2:30pm on the day of departure. On the return, your flight out of Orlando should depart no earlier than 1pm.
We just came back from that exact cruise and after being quoted $60 pp round trip (for two of us), I figured we would be better off renting a car.
We paid about $30 for the rental per day and got free shuttle service to/from the pier. In addition having the rental car gave us the flexibility to stop for lunch and last minute souvenirs before returning back home.
I hightly recommend this option (we used Budget) and also bet you can get a better rate bybooking in advance.

I wish I still lived in Cocoa Bch, I could make pretty good money just shuttling cruise passengers back and forth, but I dont, so I guess renting a car is the best way to go if you want to enjoy the area a bit before or after. If you have time, dont miss eating at
Grills Restaurant & Tiki Bar
505 Glen Cheek Drive
Cape Canaveral, FL 32920
Phone: 868-2226. Fax: 868-0441
Which is at the port next to a few more restaurants and bars. The tuna steaks either in sandwich form or alone, are great.
My parents still live in the area, I ought to just call them and see if they want to make some easy money in retirement. Just kidding...
Hit the Cape if you have time.
Anyways, let me know if you have questions beyond the transportation issues.
