Hi Mandy,
I am also going on the Radiance of the Seas in 30 days ! I have never been on a Radiance class ship, and I am really looking forward to it. I have also booked a balcony, but never been on an Alaskan cruise, so I can't help you there. I will post a short review when we get back, good luck planning Mandy !

Hi Mandy Pickard, welcome to Cruise-Chat. Not sure what cost you are talking about. Casino, Bar, Cruise? Pack clothing you can wear in layers, as you can get rain, sleet, snow, sun, etc., all in one day. There is a section a little further down the main page Titled "Alaska Port Chat" with all sorts of posts on excursions, etc. Take a look around there and see if anything interests you. Best wishes and congratulations on your upcoming cruise.

In my opinion the Radiance Class Ships are the most beautiful ships for cruise Alaska. I've never been on an Alaskan cruise, but I've been on a few Radiance Class ships.
