Hey Nadine! It won't be long now! We even got snow and sleet in north Alabama today. At times is was heavy but thankfully the temperature at ground level was above freezing (barely).
I could use some sunshine and warm temps, and it wasn't that many days ago where we had them.
The temperature was down in the teens last night, but should get up to 30+ today. Maybe some of the snow will melt.
The beauty of it really put me in the Christmas spirit. That being said, I'll keep the Christmas spirit and the snow can go away!
We live in central Illinois, so cold weather will be our companion for the next 4-5 months. A cruise is just what the doctor ordered to survive January!
I'm doing my doc dance for you, too, Nadine I'm ready for a double dose of warm weather, it's just so sad having to come home. If I could just convince my hubby to move to south Florida.....
Penny, you only have 20 more days! I'm so excited for you!
If we had the money, we would buy a condo near Bonita Beach, where our daughter lives. Winter would be spent in a warm climate and we could cruise to our hearts content without having to spend $$$ for airfare!
But.....we are thankful for our January cruise. I printed the Sea Pass yesterday and that makes it official!
I'm doing the doc dance in my Sorel boots for you....I shall be off and sailing in 47 days myself...off come the Sorel boots and bring out the Crocs.....Happy sailing to You...
We will be in Belize and Cozumel probably at the same time...I'm on the NCL Pearl....Doing the Belize River and Altun Ha excursion in Belize...been on it before and liked it....may go deep sea fishing in Cozumel or....just shopping...I will buy you a Bilikin if I run across you in Belize...Happy Cruising...
