Portofino's age limit of 13 Is this enforced?

We are cruising on Explorer of the Seas and have been told that a child must be 13 to eat at Portofino's. While I appreciate the idea of a meal without children, our 14 and 12 year old daughters are well behaved. How strictly is this age limit enforced? We would love to try the restaurant, but would not want to leave our younger daughter behind.

I'm sure they make a few exceptions. Shouldn't be a problem in your case.
