We sailed on the Valor in early May and had no problems whatsoever bringing wine (and other assorted beverages) on board.

One box of wine was in a suitcase along with a number of small soda...

Luggage is removed from the ship by color code which corresponds to your cabin/deck name on the ship.

Verandah was orange last week and our luggage was off-loaded and placed in the baggage area...
