Although they stopped my son when he was wearing the sleeveless t-shirt, there is no problem with women wearing tank tops, spaghetti strap tops, etc. in the dining room during breakfast and lunch.

They had an iron and ironing board available, but it's in the laundry room that is available for the guests. I'm not sure what deck it was on, but you will be able to locate it once you get onboard.
