Can I leave my daughter safely - and enjoy a few evenings in the company of adults? What are the best options?

You should have no problem with babysitting services on board. At age 6 you have 2 choices. There is group sitting supervised by the youth staff from 10 pm to 1 am for $5 an hour, or you can request in-stateroom sitting through guest relations for $8 an hour. Both can be relied upon to provide safe service to your daughter.
