Oh, he was a TV chef/cook. Specialized in Cajun and Creole. Had a wonderful personality.

I spent a year in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and loved it. It's about 90 miles from Tulsa and about 30 miles from Fayetteville, Saw a couple Razorback games, what incredible fans they have.
