Built in 1980, the Berlin was Peter Deilmann's first ocean-going cruise ship. The vessel was "stretched" in 1986 and for many years was the star of the long-running German TV show, "Das Traumschiff" ("Dream Ship"). The Berlin is exclusively marketed in German-speaking countries.
