Second most important is the Kusadasi Port. The reason why it is important is its closeness to the Ephesus Ancient Site which i recommend to all Kusadasi visitors.

Third is the Bodrum Port. Bodrum is the tourism capital of Turkey. I recommend to all Bodrum visitors to enjoy the city get a glass of beer and make a visit to the Bodrum Castle and Underwater Archaeogical Museum so if you want you can jump into the water near the castle area.
