There are several excellent restaurants close to the Monte Carlo Port. Stars 'N' Bars, an American-style restaurant, is port side and gives good views of the harbor. Quai des Artiste is a French restaurant located on the port, next to Stars 'N' Bars. It is an excellent restaurant for people watching. Cafe de Paris is a French restaurant right across from the Monaco Casino. It is open daily until 2 a.m. Polpetta is an Italian restaurant in Monte Carlo that is popular with celebrities and politicians. It is closed on Tuesdays and for 2 weeks in June.
