Renaissance Cruises
Note
Renaissance ceased Operations
and filed for Bankruptcy in September, 2001
Renaissance Cruises, originally founded in 1989, has
enjoyed a phenomenal 380% compounded passenger growth rate over the past three years. In 2000, over
220,000 guests sailed with Renaissance Cruises to Mediterranean -- more than Holland America,
Princess and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines combined!
Renaissance Cruises distinguishes itself from other cruise lines with its extraordinary destinations
and excellent service, on the youngest fleet in the cruise industry. Renaissance Cruises offers
year-round itineraries to The Greek Isles, Tahiti and the South Pacific, Northern Europe and
Scandinavia, and the Mediterranean on eight brand new 684-passenger R-Class ships. The company also
owns and operates the Renaissance VII and Renaissance VIII. These two all-suite vessels each
accommodate 114 passengers.
